I have come away from this experience feeling fitter and more confident in my own sports abilities. At no point did I feel anxious or that I was at risk of aggravating old injuries. I now want to get back into some old sports hobbies but still need some training in order to prepare my body further; I will most definitely be training with SuperGene again!
